Key Program Dates
| Deadline to register to host a Local Competition is June 1, 2012. |
| Deadline to host a Local and submit the required paperwork is June 15, 2012. |
| Deadline to make changes to State Meet Qualifiers is June 27, 2012. |
| The date of the State Meet is June 30, 2012. It will be held at the Lafayette High School Track in Lafayette. For directions to the LHS facility please visit the LHS webpage at www.lpssonline.com/site48.php |
| North American Qualifiers will be notified during the second or third week of July. Only State Champions in the 9/10, 11/2 and 13/14 age groups have the opportunity to be chosen for the North American Finals, except for the 9/10 and 11/12 Relay Teams. Not all State Champions are chosen to attend the North American Finals. |
| The North American Finals are scheduled for Saturday, August 4, 2012 at Henry Hershey Field on the campus of the Milton S. Hershey School. |
